Shannon Bridges
Co-Founder
Shannon brings nearly three decades of experience in residential real estate and legal operations to her role at Serado. A seasoned paralegal and business leader based in Alberta, she has spent her career building and leading high-performing legal support teams, working alongside many of the province’s top home builders, award-winning realtors, and respected law firms. She has been instrumental in shaping the growth of multiple startups, combining her expertise in real estate law with strong skills in accounting, relationship-building, and legal technology. Known for her approachable style and collaborative spirit, Shannon is a trusted partner to lawyers, mortgage brokers, and staff alike. At Serado, she brings her signature energy to a bold mission: reimagining the way legal support is delivered across the real estate industry, making it smarter, more responsive and more human. Outside of work, Shannon’s team-first mindset is shaped by years of competitive sports, where she played softball and ringette at some of the highest levels in Canada. These days, she’s most often found planning her family’s next travel adventure.

With over 25 years of expertise in real estate, Rebecca is a visionary leader dedicated to simplifying complex transactions and redefining industry standards through innovation and operational excellence. As a Co-Founder of Deeded, a pioneering real estate tech platform, Rebecca was instrumental in building the company’s foundation—spearheading operations, optimizing processes, and driving product development to modernize the closing experience for clients and professionals alike. Today, as a founding partner of Serado, Rebecca and her team are transforming the legal support landscape by equipping law firms with cutting-edge solutions to work smarter, close deals faster, and deliver unparalleled client service. By combining efficiency, transparency, and forward-thinking systems, Serado empowers legal professionals to elevate their practice and focus on what matters most: their clients. Outside of work, Rebecca channels her competitive spirit playing soccer and ball hockey. A lifelong athlete and dedicated mom of three boys, she approaches life with the same energy and teamwork she brings to transforming real estate. Whether traveling, staying connected with close friends, or helping others, Rebecca believes in playing hard—both in the game and in life.

With over 30 years of experience in the legal real estate services sector, Dawn has been at the forefront of building and scaling successful startups—from leading Toronto-based real estate law firms to driving innovation in tech-enabled legal services. She is passionate about transforming traditional processes into streamlined, technology-driven solutions while bridging communication gaps between all stakeholders in a transaction. At Serado, Dawn leverages her expertise in operations management, team leadership, and process optimization to develop progressive, virtual, and user-friendly solutions for legal professionals. She is committed to staff development and empowerment, ensuring that her team is equipped with the skills and confidence needed to excel in their roles. Dawn's proven ability to combine operational excellence with a client-focused approach ensures that every transaction feels seamless and collaborative. Outside of her professional endeavors, Dawn has a deep love for cooking and feeding people, believing that sharing a meal fosters a sense of community and connection. Whether hosting friends for dinner or preparing meals for family gatherings, she finds joy in bringing people together around the table, creating lasting memories and strengthening relationships through the simple act of sharing food.
