She has been instrumental in shaping the growth of multiple startups, combining her expertise in real estate law with strong skills in accounting, relationship-building, and legal technology. Known for her approachable style and collaborative spirit, Shannon is a trusted partner to lawyers, mortgage brokers, and staff alike. At Serado, she brings her signature energy to a bold mission: reimagining the way legal support is delivered across the real estate industry, making it smarter, more responsive and more human. Outside of work, Shannon’s team-first mindset is shaped by years of competitive sports, where she played softball and ringette at some of the highest levels in Canada.
